Biomechanics Analysis

Biomechanics analysis takes a look at how you move. Is your body positioned wrong when you do things, thereby causing you stress or pain?  We assess how you go about the business of living your life.  And we are always reassessing how far you have come between treatments. We bring the treatment tools with us to every in-home visit. 

 

Therapeutic Exercise

Whether you're stressed in the office, recovering from an injury or are straight out of surgery, Dr. Brea will design an exercise program targeting specific muscle groups to either meet your personal goals or counterbalance the kinds that come from your daily life.

Manual Therapy and Machine Therapy

​

Our hands are licensed and unmatched by others. We use targeted myofascial release, manual therapy and stretching along with pulsed electromagnetic field therapy to help alleviate that pain.

Integrated Therapies

​

You and Dr. Brea will plan on how to modify or correct everyday activities to make sure you stay biomechanically friendly, integrating everything we have taught you.  This will ensure long-term results. After all, isn't that what it's all about?

Treatments that Come to You

​

At each treatment session you can expect Dr. Barney to bring her treatment table, fascial treatment tools, foam roller, massage gun and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy machine. You should wear comfortable clothing and be sure to be hydrating yourself before and after your session.

Dr. Brea's coverage area is northwest Ohio. Treatment is possible outside of this area but additional fees may be applied. Services available Monday-Friday by appointment only.
