• Home equipment modification check list- A PDF document that takes you room by room, including outdoor entrances making recommendations for a safer home environment including adaptive equipment or layout modifications (grab bars, lighting, ramp, etc..) 
   

• Home equipment in person assessment- This is an in person or audiovisual (Zoom) 1 hour session where we come to the home and make adaptive equipment and home layout modification suggestions and provide you with a written recommendation via email.
